After the success of winning the two projects of practicing government assigned agent, Wuchang Xixi Yayuan and Xixi waterfront residential project, our corporation has made significant gains in this field, with the successful bid of Xixi Art Village and Farming Culture Village super Five-star Hotel by practicing government assigned agent. The project is located in Hangzhou Xixi National Wetland Park in an area of about 20.01 hectares, with a total building area of nearly 44.8 thousand square meters, with a total investment of about 560 million and total duration of about 27 months, which is the match project of the third generation of comprehensive protection of Hangzhou Xixi National Wetland Park.
