After winning the two projects of practicing government assigned agent, Wuchang Xixi Yayuan and Xixi waterfront residential project, our corporation has made significant gains in this field, with the successful bid of Xixi Art Village and Farming Culture Village super Five-star Hotel by practicing government assigned agent. The project is located in Hangzhou Xixi National Wetland Park in an area of about 20.01 hectares, with a total building area of nearly 44.8 thousand square meters, with a total investment of about 560 million and total duration of about 27 months, which is the match project of the third generation of comprehensive protection of Hangzhou Xixi National Wetland Park.

Thorough the progress of project management, Chen Wenxian, the general manager of The First Engineering Construction Company of CUC and Vice President Lu Xuzhi took the management experience of implementation the several representative five-star luxury hotels and also relied on the experience of the projects we have done in Xixi. They led Hou Lei, Chen Xin, Yu Yaozhong and some other project team members, in accordance with requirements of the corporation leadership "use the comprehensive advantages, establish the brand of CUC construction" , and finally won the affirmation and trust from the owner, the command office of the third generation of Hangzhou Xixi National Wetland Park in Yuhang District, and established a good brand and style of “CUC” among the enterprises working in Xixi quickly , and made good foundation of successfully undertake the project.
