SINOMACH signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhejiang government

On March 8th, China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhejiang government at the headquarters of SINOMACH. Chairman of SINOMACH Mr. Ren Hongbin, and Vice Party Secretary and Governor of Zhejiang Province Mr. Lu Zushan both gave speeches on the ceremony. Mr. Xu Jian, SINOMACH’s CEO, and Mr. Zhang Hongming, the Secretary-General of Zhejiang Provincial Government, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of each party. Some other prominent officials of Zhejiang Provincial Government, Zhejiang Jiaxing Municipal Government, Zhejiang Yiwu Municipal Government, and leaders of the subsidiaries and headquarter officials of SINOMACH all attended the ceremony. As being the the general manager and party secretary of SINOMACH subsidiary in Zhejiang, Mr. Guo Weihua attended the ceremony.
According to the agreement, SINOMACH and Zhejiang Government would take advantage of each other, build the strategic cooperation relationship in manufacturing & research of machinery equipment, engineering & trade, and agricultural machinery and their parts. In order to promote the strategic cooperation in order, the two sides would establish a cooperation system. Zhejiang Provincial Government and SINOMACH would found a leading group, and establish the mechanism of regular meeting between the senior leaders.
Chairman Mr. Ren Hongbin commented on the cooperation as established on a sound foundation and would have broad prospects. SINOMACH and Zhejiang Province would take use of the strategic agreement to strengthen cooperation, develop together, and bring bilateral cooperation to a much wider, deeper, and higher level. SINOMACH would take its comprehensive advantage in machinery industry in China. Starting with a number of projects, it would increase investment in the Zhejiang equipment industry, so as to make contribution to economic and social development of Zhejiang.
As the SINOMACH subsidiary in Zhejiang, we believe this strategic agreement would bring us more development opportunities and a more promising future.
