On March 6th, 2010, Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province Mr. Chen Jiayuan inspected our Vietnam Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant Project and gave guidance. He was accompanied by Mr. Zhang Yi, Director of Construction Industry Bureau of Zhejiang Provincial Construction Department, Mr. Shi Xiaodong, Vice General Manager of Zhejiang Construction Investment Group CO.,LTD., Mr. Shen Defa, General Manager of Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group CO.,LTD., Mr. Hu Yongguang, Secretary of General Office of Zhejiang Provincial Government, and Mr. Sun Beilei, Official of Foreign Affairs Office of Zhejiang Province.
After hearing report from project manager Mr. Zhou Zhigang, Mr. Chen Jiayuan fully affirmed the overall progress of the project and appreciated our active oversea markets exploration. He also emphasized the importance of the Vietnam Coal Thermal Power Project in terms of economic benefit, direction for future development of our corporation, driving effects for other Zhejiang enterprises, and the contribution both to the development of the enterprise and the country.

Mr. Zhang Yi, Director of Construction Industry Bureau of Zhejiang Provincial Construction Department, recalled the words proposed by Mr. Chen Jiayuan who encouraged CUC to be the "low-lying land of talents", "highland of technology", "base of innovation", and "treasure place of making contribution" when he visited our corporation on November 23rd, last year. Mr. Zhang also hoped our corporation could continually be the exemplary role in international business and general contracting.
