| CUC Held The Meeting of 2010 |

| On March 19th, CUC held the meeting of 2010 in the headquarter of the corporation. The corporation leaders Mr. Guo Weihua, Mr. Song Wenxue, Mr. Xu Zhi'an, Mr. Shi Dehua, Mr. Jiang Youfu, Mr. Lu Shixiang, Mr. Zhang Wei, Mr. Lou Jiangning, and Mr. Qian Xiangdong attended the meeting together with the heads of functional departments and the chiefs of comprehensive management departments of all member companies. The meeting first reviewed the work of 2009, then arranged the main business tasks of 2010 for the headquarters and member companies. General manger and Party secretary Mr. Guo Weihua signed the " Business Target Responsibility Agreement ", "Production Safety Responsibility Agreement" and "Agreement of Responsibility of Construction of the Party Conduct and Anti-corruption" with the primary leaders of subsidiary companies. |
