| SINOMACH’s CEO Xu Jian Inspected Our Corporation |

On March 29th, Mr. Xu Jian, CEO of SINOMACH inspected our corporation accompanied by his secretary Mr. Huang Jincai and Vice Director of Business Management Department Mr. Sha Fei, Mr. Guo Weihua, General Manager and Party Secretary of CUC made a working report. Mr. Cheng Taining, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and CUC’s Chief Architect, Mr. Dong Yuan, National Design Master and CUC’s Chief Equipment Engineer, Mr. Shi Dehua, Vice Party Secretary and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Vice General Manager Lu Shixiang and Mr. Lou Jiangning, CFO Qian Xiangdong, General Manager Assistant Gu Xiaoshan, Zhu Zhixian, and Ge Jun, Special General Manager Assistant Wang Guoyu and Chiefs of functional departments, labour union and league committee also attended the reporting meeting.
According to the requirement of the investigation, Guo Weihua reported the company’s operational conditions from five aspects, namely the general financial condition and arrangement, the main achievements in recent years, the reportable special work and the matters which need SINOMACH's support.
After hearing Guo’s report, Mr. Xu said SINOMACH was confident that CUC would achieve all the targets of this year. While recognizing the achievements of CUC, he also made demands on our company. Mr. Guo Weihua said the speech made by Mr. Xu Jian gave a clear direction and requirement for CUC’s future work. Guo also said that the leading team would study Xu’s speech carefully after the meeting and put them into practice to promote the harmonious and sustainable development of CUC.
